Working with them gave me complete peace of mind, especially when we were stranded at Frankfurt airport in the early hours of a Saturday morning with a group of 25. I called Dave out of hours, he had been tracking our journey and had anticipated the call, he was ready to arrange rooms for all and connecting flights the following day. This was made worse by one of our party losing his passport between flights.
